About the role:
As “Head of Marketing” you will be expected to lead all Marketing and Sales efforts within the organization, including prospect identification, lead generation, handling the sales and marketing cycle in close collaboration with business unit. You will create and own the plan and pipeline, review execution of marketing plans and account plans to track progress on lead identification and pursuit, qualify opportunities, mobilize the teams for proposal development and lead negotiations. The role will be expected to drive, strategize and oversee all marketing campaigns globally to promote all our services. This challenging job will encompass creative, analytical, digital, and coordinative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand company's services, its target audience, and market, conduct market research and accordingly create effective marketing and sales strategies and recommend appropriate channels to run paid ad campaigns.
- Strategizing and developing marketing campaigns for Brand awareness and lead generation.
- Arrive at targets and ROI driven marketing plans for online sales.
- Collaborate teams to create strategies for building brand awareness in the target market.
- Create paid ad campaigns on Search Engine Marketing channels such as Google AdWords - Search, Display, Re marketing, Programmatic Ads etc.
- Should be independently able to create paid Social Media Ad Campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, , Twitter and Mobile Network Ads.
- Effectively use Google Analytics and Google Console and optimize the campaigns and improve the PPC / CPA.
- Create performance reports of each ad campaign created on different channels and then optimize the spending and performance.
- Manage the Social Media Channels of the company.
- Good understanding and knowledge of Social Media Channels and SEO and how to optimize the ads so that they are in sync with the social media channels and SEO.
- Should be open to travel and meet potential customers across various geographies.
- Strategies marketing techniques through content based plans.
Skills & Qualification:
- Must be Post Graduate/MBA- Marketing & Sales.
- Minimum 5 -10 years’ work experience with 5 years’ experience in marketing with Technology/Finance Consulting organizations will be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
- In-Depth understanding of Facebook & Google advertising.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Broad understanding of digital tools and technology.
- Understanding of branding concepts in B2B, B2C space.
