Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based position for a Customer Support Executive in Indore.

The role involves managing customer queries, delivering support via chat and email, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Skilled in providing online assistance through chat and email communication.
  • Possess excellent communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Comfortable with a 6-day work schedule and rotational weekly offs.
  • Willing to work from the Indore office location.
