Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional online support, addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling technical support issues, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Online Support and providing Technical Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the educational sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
