Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone for banking and financial services.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.
  • Efficiently and accurately resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.

Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through written channels, including email and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to accounts, transactions, and other services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer communications.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements (for both roles):
