LatentView Analytics | Assistant Manager

Job Description:
- Total 4-8 years of experience across technology, business operations and business consulting roles of which 1-2 years are consulting/advisory experience in analytical or digital transformation engagements with Tier-1 consulting firms.
- Ability to identify client problem statements through client conversations and assessment of current state. Hypothesize on various root causes and drivers for the problem statements.
- Host requirements workshops involving a team of global business and technical experts and subject matter specialists, translating these requirements into actionable project initiatives with relevant metrics.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze and draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data. Ability to deliver artefacts such as business process models, insights from user workshops.
- Efficiently translate concepts into a variety of artifacts that lead to a clear understanding of the business solutions through compelling stories.
- Develop processes that are in line with industry best practices. Share knowledge with the client and their support teams at all stages of the project. Use research-related services, theories, and methods to support your recommendations.
- Ensure effective communication, maintain high satisfaction levels, and provide and receive regular feedback within the team and with consultants even in challenging situations.
- Take the lead in business presentations, delivering creative concepts and introducing novel and innovative ideas to both internal and external clients.
- Provide guidance & create best practices and frameworks to design, implement and sustain effective data driven analytics solutions and Business development, growth initiatives.
- Optional - Hands on experience in data cleansing, statistics, data mining, predictive analysis, and other data analysis techniques to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Optional - Domain expertise in at least one domain/industry - Retail, CPG, Tech., Industrials & BFSI.
Skills:
- 4 to 8 years in the Consulting domain
