JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Manager/Associate Director++ for Business Development at Tiger Analytics, you will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives and new client acquisition by leading proposal / RFP responses and solution design for data and AI / Analytics problems. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a significant responsibility and an exciting career path.
About the Role:
- Lead/participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy for proposals, process improvement, competitive positioning, and pricing / commercial decisions.
- Create and own different Point of View documents and solution proposals for various business problems across the Property and Casualty (P&C) , Life and annuity (L&A) insurance value chain.
- Responsible for demonstrating business value from the proposed solutions that help meet strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.
- Demonstrate the path for scaling the pilots / POCs to a long-term transformative program to deliver continuous business value.
- Pitch and present Tiger’s insurance, analytics consulting, and data science capabilities and proposals to clients to support sales cycle.
- Assist in prospecting with relevant market / company specific research data.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in the Analytics and technology, primarily within Insurance domain
- Experience in understanding analytics solutions for Insurance industry verticals is mandatory. This includes experience in Property and Casualty (Mandatory) , Life and annuity (Optional) insurance analytics solutions.
- Collaborating with sales and technical teams in building analytics solutions
- Strong research & analytical skills to understand industry trends and client’s business
- Ability to work with a global team, playing a lead role in communicating client business problem context to the remote teams.
- Ability to put together high impact decks and presentations/Point of Views/Proposals/RFP responses.
- Strong go-getter attitude and willingness to learn things on the job.
- B. Tech/ MBA from premier institutes with consulting experience
