Manager Talent Acquisition

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the recruitment efforts of the organization while ensuring that the organization attracts and hires the best talent. S/he will collaborate with the department heads, and senior management to align hiring initiatives with business needs. S/he should be a graduate in any discipline with a Master’s in HR and proven experience of 8-10 years in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Participate in Workforce planning and deployment strategies
Drive special projects related to Talent Acquisition such as design Role Directory, implement Competency-based-interviewing, conduct surveys, competition mapping, and create a dashboard of the top 20 TA metrics.
Recruitment Process Management:
Execute the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Manage the hiring of skilled workmen and contractual / flexi talent at the power distribution and generation locations.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, define recruitment needs, and conduct the selection process.
Develop and maintain strong pipelines of talent for future staffing needs.
Collaborate with RPOs and Search Partners for sharing mandates as needed.
Implement standardized hiring processes to ensure candidates are evaluated on competency-based frameworks.
Manage recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
Manage recruitment process capability through required documentation, MIS, recruitment metrics, and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and optimize processes.
Employer Branding:
Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.
Actively engage in employer branding initiatives for internal and external stakeholders including HR articles, job postings, career page, partnerships with universities and professional bodies.
Represent the company at networking events and career fairs to strengthen its presence in the job market.
Diversity & Inclusion
Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse talent pool and inclusive hiring practices.
Develop strategies to source and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
