**Responsibilities**:

- Finding resumes and detecting relevant keywords in the same as per the

company’s current requirement.
- Need to have an amiable behaviour.
- Screening applicants and resumes to check their competency

and eligibility per the company’s requirements.
- If an influx of applicants is the scenario, then plan and conduct

interviews based on their relevant skills for the postand personality.
- Scrutinize and check the credibility of the applicant.
- Completing the necessary documentation to fill the post.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informedon
- Closing the position and performing necessary follow-up.

**NOTE: NEED TO BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION.**

Basic pay and other allowance:

- Basic salary: 15,000 Per Month (Fixed)
- Incentives: Based on your performance. (separate)

Qualification:

- Any Graduate (preferred) (Pursuing can apply).
- Robust communication and comprehension skills.
- MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet Surfing knowledge (Basic).

Duty hours and Shift:

- Night Shift (8:30 pm - 5:30 am)
- Monday-Friday.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
