Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Identify effective sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and university career centers, to enhance the organization's recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹10,466.69 - ₹15,000.00 per month
