We areseeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Officer to joinour dynamic team in the Bank/NBFC. The primary responsibility ofthis role is to promote and sell Home Loans (HL) and Loan AgainstProperty (LAP) products to potential customers. The ideal candidateshould have excellent communication skills a strong sales aptitudeand a customercentric approach.
KeyResponsibilities:- Product Sales: Promote andsell Home Loans and Loan Against Property products to potentialcustomers.
- LeadGeneration: Actively seek out new salesopportunities through cold calling networking and fieldvisits.
- MarketResearch: Stay updated with market trends competitoractivities and industry developments.
- Documentation: Assistcustomers in completing loan applications and ensure all requireddocumentation is accurately filled.
- Achieve Targets: Meet andexceed sales targets and objectives set by themanagement.
- FieldVisits: Conduct regular field visits to meet withpotential customers and build a strong pipeline ofleads.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduationpreferred.
- Proven experience in salespreferably in the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge ofHome Loans and Loan Against Property products is anadvantage.
- Strong communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driving license and ownvehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively forcustomer meetings and field visits.
