Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Sales: Promote and sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property products to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurately filled.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential customers and build a strong pipeline of leads.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Knowledge of Home Loans and Loan Against Property products is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and field visits.
