Marketing Visionary Sought to Drive Revenue GrowthWe are seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer with extensive experience in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 5+ years leading demand generation and hands-on experience with ads, SEO, ABM, CRM, and managing high-performing teams.They will be responsible for owning 50-60% of the revenue pipeline, improving inbound acquisition, reducing customer acquisition costs, and enhancing sales-qualified lead rates.Key responsibilities include managing ads, optimizing click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend, scaling search and retargeting campaigns, creating keyword clusters, managing content calendars, building high-quality lead magnets, and improving website conversion rates.The Chief Marketing Officer will also oversee Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Zoho CRM/Campaigns, build weekly funnel dashboards, and maintain attribution accuracy.This is a senior role that requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, US buyer psychology understanding, high clarity of thought, fast decision-making, team player skills, and an ownership mindset.The company offers a competitive salary range, reflecting the importance of this role in achieving business objectives.
