Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive at Powersutra in Gurugram. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales platforms like shopify, myntra, nykaa, AJIO etc and enhancing customer experience. Their key duties include order processing, analysing performance metrics and improving product visibility on websites. They also oversee order fulfillment and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential skills for this role include data analysis, and excellent communication skills.
