We are seeking a proactive and driven E-commerce Specialist to contribute to our brand's growth and enhance our online operations.

**Role Overview:**

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's e-commerce sales operations, logistics, and customer communications. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that increase customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and enhance e-commerce operations, ensuring efficient order processing, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
* Work with the marketing team to propose and execute engagement initiatives aimed at boosting website traffic and increasing conversions.
* Track key e-commerce metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer retention; provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
* Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
* Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform promotional strategies, product pricing, and inventory management.
* Implement promotional campaigns, offers, and sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new tools or strategies to keep the brand competitive.
* Oversee product listings, pricing updates, and content management across e-commerce platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and e-commerce initiatives.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
* Experience in e-commerce management, sales, customer service, or logistics operations.
* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with a strong understanding of online sales tactics.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Previous experience in D2C brand development is a plus.
