Location: Remote


We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our team at Upbott Consulting Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will oversee and manage a variety of e-commerce projects from launch to optimization. Your goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, IT, and development to enhance the customer experience and drive online sales growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage e-commerce projects from initiation through to completion, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, set project goals, and manage expectations.
  • Oversee and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing and implementing contingency plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting on KPIs and suggesting process improvements.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for platform optimization.
  • Contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy, aligning projects with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience as an E-commerce Project Manager or in a similar technical role.
  • Proven experience delivering e-commerce projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce project lifecycle and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Magento with a solid grasp of technical aspects.
  • Experience working directly with US clients is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
