Job Description:Industry: Luxury CarsOpen position: 2 (Bangalore & Kerala)Job description:We are into luxury cars sales, having our head office in Bangalore. We are looking for Head of Sales, with excellent experience in luxury car sales. Preferred Brands like Audi , Mercedes Benz ,BMW , Porsche and Jaguar.Focus on Karnataka MarketDiscuss and accept Sales targets, track progress and achieve targets.Prepare annual sales plan for the assigned area of operation, forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to reviewManage CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales & generate new enquiriesDevelop the marketing plan for the year with the support of Marketing Head for the assigned area of operations.Maintain a strong focus on product and service satisfaction of all customers.Proactive in approach and build good connect with the existing customersAnalyze the market conditions and make changes in the sales strategies accordinglyPromote and sell Merchandise, accessories, finance and Insurance sales to maximize revenueMonitor vehicle inventory, order pipeline and delivery to customersPrepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with management for review and planningPreferred:Candidate from Karnataka, must know local languageShould be a smart, dynamic and a go-getter.Excellent in communication and oral languageInterested candidates, may share us your CV with a covering letter.
