Company Overview:We are a technology company that provides unique, bespoke and cutting-edge Experiential Marketing Solutions and Services to organisations across sectors by leveraging the latest developments of Augmented Reality.A leader in innovation, service, and consultation, the organisation, with cumulative leadership experience of 80+ years, has grown into a formidable company represented by 25+ senior experts in various fields located across the globe – all driven by a passion for the business and genuine love for small businesses.Based out of India's technology capital, Bengaluru, 4point2technologies has been a trailblazer in website architecture and development, developing customised applications, custom publishing, and digital marketing since 2004. Job Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated  Sales Head or Director Lead  to join our dynamic sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, targeting new markets and revenue growth.Set ambitious sales targets and monitor team performance using sales data and analytics.Oversee, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support.Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members to ensure skill development and success.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and stay competitive in the market.Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Prepare and present regular sales performance and forecasting reports to executive leadership.Drive digital sales transformation, adoption of sales automation, and CRM software for efficient processes.Pre-Requsities:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).7+ years of experience in sales, with minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management position.Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a dynamic environment.Experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and sales team development.Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).SkillsDemonstrated leadership and people management abilities.Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Why to Join?The Sales Head acts as a key driver of business growth, leading the sales function with a focus on results, innovation, and team excellence
