The function also supports sales teams through effective forecasting, target setting, and performance monitoring while ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business objectives. Additionally, it collaborates with marketing, finance, and project teams to enhance customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and strengthen the brand’s market presence.
