Your Mission As Head - Brand Partnerships and Revenue , you’ll architect the bridges between top-tier brands and our dynamic platforms. You’ll own the vision, execution, and outcomes of strategic brand alliances, driving impact, growth, and industry leadership with creativity at your core. Key Responsibilties Strategic Leadership: Lead and scale a high-performing partnerships team, inspiring innovation, accountability, and continuous growth. P&L Ownership: Drive the commercial success of the partnership vertical, owning full P&L responsibility and delivering on ambitious growth targets. Growth Architect: Identify, initiate, and onboard leading brands and partners, crafting alliances that consistently exceed business goals. Campaign Mastermind: Design high-impact campaigns and partnership models that are scalable, creative, and deliver measurable brand engagement. Trusted Relationship Builder: Forge and nurture deep, lasting relationships with brand leaders, ensuring alignment, trust, and long-term collaboration. Market Vision: Anticipate market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving industry best practices, turning insights into competitive advantage. Collaborative Force: Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product to amplify the impact and reach of every collaboration. Performance Analytics: Analyze partnership metrics and campaign ROI, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and future success. What we're looking for 7-10 years’ experience in brand partnerships, alliances, or leadership roles at reputed organizations. Demonstrated expertise in team building, mentoring, and nurturing high-performance cultures. Proven experience in P&L management and delivering sustained business growth. Extensive industry network and strong influence within brand and marketing ecosystems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship management skills. Visionary leader with creativity, strategic grit, and entrepreneurial drive. Passion for storytelling, branding, and driving large-scale impact.
