The selected candidate will support the setup and execution of the voice-based outbound sales process, focusing on cold calling and cold approach activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build strong foundations in B2B sales, client outreach, and CRM-based lead management.Key Responsibilities• Execute 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to engage potential clients across defined sectors.• Set up and manage the voice process for outbound sales.• Implement structured cold approach strategies in line with sales goals.• Maintain detailed logs of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups.• Use CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.• Assist in developing scripts, objection-handling guidelines, and call templates.• Report daily activity and insights to the Sales Manager.• Contribute to process improvements for higher conversion efficiency.Ideal Candidate• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.• Fluency in English and Hindi.• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily calling targets.• Basic knowledge of sales funnels, CRM tools, and lead generation preferred.• Positive attitude, self-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.• Fluency in English and Hindi.How to ApplyEmail your resume toSubject Line: Application:Sales Intern – Outbound & Voice Process– [Your Name]You may also add 2–3 lines on why you're interested in this internship.
