Our founders (Surojit Chatterjee and Souvik Sen) have deep experience in building and scaling products from their stints at Google, Coinbase, Flipkart and Okta. We are seeking a dynamic and driven founding SDR to join our team and build out our outbound sales motion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for speaking with customers, and are passionate about outbound sales, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and social media.Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine their fit for 's offerings.Pipeline Management: Manage and track your pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting in our CRM.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching potential clients and refining messaging.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for to grow.Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape our offerings and messaging based on interactions with prospects.Qualifications:Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales development or related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Motivation: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Hubspot, sales engagement platforms, and social media tools.Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools, with a willingness to take on new challenges.Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the team.Ema is the right place for you if you have: A hustler's mindset with a strong sense of urgency and a bias for action.
