Your goal is not to "hand off" — your goal is to drive revenue end to end.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full outbound sales cycle: prospect, connect, sell, close.Execute cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn using proven scripts.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.Conduct discovery, pitch, and proposal calls with mid-market & enterprise buyers (IT, Ops, Product, C-level).Collaborate with internal technical/delivery team to ensure alignment.Manage CRM hygiene, forecasting, and follow-up with precision.Consistently hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Requirements2+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience (SDR → AE, Outbound AE, or founder-led selling).Proven track record of cold outbound success (calls, email, LI).Comfortable engaging senior technical and business stakeholders.Ability to run discovery, tailor solutions, and close consultative deals.Strong communication and objection-handling skills.Self-starter mindset — thrives without micromanagement.Experience selling tech services or software/outsourcing is a plus.What You GetCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionAccess to a proven outbound system (scripts, playbooks, enablement)Full support from delivery, marketing, and executive teamReal career progression — build the outbound engine with usRemote flexibility and freedom to run your own territoryNot a Fit If You:Need leads handed to youAren’t comfortable cold callingWant 90 days to rampNeed heavy enablement and “coaching culture” to executePerfect Fit If You:Have closed $10K–$100K+ deals soloWant full ownership of pipeline and outcomeOperate like a mercenary — clear, fast, revenue-focusedWant to win fast and earn bigTo apply, send your resume + a 60-second Loom or audio answering:“How do you cold call a VP of IT to open the conversation and earn the meeting?”→ Send to deepak@weare86.com
