You will promote the brand's value proposition and support programs to potential franchisees.Key Responsibilities:Franchise Wellness SPA and Salon Investment Sales & OnboardingLead Management & ConversionDocumentation & AgreementsCoordination with Internal TeamsPerformance Tracking & ReportingBrand RepresentationRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in franchise Investor sales and Onboarding (Wellness industry)Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to understand financial models, ROI calculations, and business feasibilityExcellent networking and relationship-building capabilitiesProficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data trackingPreferred Industry:Candidates should be from franchise Investor sales background of following Industries: Wellness Industry - Forest Essentials, WOW Skin Science, Nyka, Amway, VLCC, Naturals etc.
