Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our IT Services team. This is a US-shift , individual contributor role where you will be responsible for lead generation , international B2B sales , and business development for services like cloud migration , web development , mobile app development , and Microsoft-based solutions . You will work closely with our global prospects, primarily in the US market , to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive service-based sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. Handle B2B sales engagements targeting international markets (especially US clients ). Pitch IT service offerings like cloud services, Microsoft solutions, web & mobile app development . Engage with key decision-makers and schedule qualified sales meetings or demos. Maintain CRM records and update the sales pipeline consistently. Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, technical) to build custom proposals and presentations. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development for IT Services . Prior experience in international B2B sales (preferably for US clients). Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and handling service-based solution pitches. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, M365) and IT services sales cycle. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. Willingness to work in US shift timings (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST) . Preferred Skills: Experience in selling Microsoft-based solutions or working with Microsoft partner companies. Understanding of cloud migration, managed services, SaaS-based solutions, or digital transformation offerings. Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and close qualified leads.
