Role Overview The Program Coordinator (Central Team) will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple social impact programs across different cities. The role involves working closely with field teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with the Foundation's goals. (Freshers passionate about social impact are welcome to apply and will be provided with adequate training and mentorship.) Key Responsibilities Coordinate with program leads and field teams for planning and execution of initiatives (Women Empowerment, Self-Defense, Sports, Mind Sports, etc.). Support in creating program calendars, activity plans, and event logistics. Track progress and prepare program reports, dashboards, and documentation for reviews. Assist in stakeholder coordination with schools, NGO partners, volunteers, and corporate CSR teams. Facilitate communication between central and regional teams. Support in creating content for reports, presentations, and social media updates. Ensure program quality and timely execution. Assist in event planning and logistics for workshops and training sessions. Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Education, Communication, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or community initiatives. Strong organizational and communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively. Passionate about social impact and community development.
