This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for a driven professional who understands the enterprise software landscape and can effectively communicate the value of integrated ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions to prospective clients.Time Commitment12-15 hours per week (Flexible scheduling)Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Professional Services• Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings showcasing XeERP, XeCRM, and XeHRM capabilities• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting• Understand client pain points and map XenonLabs solutions to their business requirements• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboardingRequirements• Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in ERP, CRM, or HRM solutions• Strong ERP domain expertise with deep understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and business workflow modules• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment• Existing network of contacts in target industries is a plus• Must be willing to commit 12-15 hours per weekCompensation StructureThis is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary.• Competitive commission rates on all closed deals• Recurring commission on subscription renewals• No earnings cap – your income is directly tied to your performance• Flexible working hours and remote work arrangementTarget Industries• Manufacturing• Distribution & Wholesale• Retail• Healthcare• Education• Professional Services
