BOSS is our agentic work automation system that uses AI agents to automate workflows across functions (HR, sales, operations, etc.).We are bootstrapped, product-first, and building for the next decade of AI-native businesses.About the Role – Founding AI Growth PartnerWe are building a multi-city, multi-product partner network. We are looking for entrepreneurial sales/business development professionals who want to build their own AI revenue line rather than just change jobs.This is not a salary role. This is a commission-based, high-upside, business partner role where you:Represent Goodspace.ai (AI recruiter) and BOSS (AI work automation) in your city/regionOwn relationships with mid-sized companies (100–500 white-collar employees) and beyondEarn meaningful, uncapped commissions on every deal you closeThink of it as building a personal AI practice with our products, brand, and support behind you.What You Will DoIdentify and approach HR, business, and CXO decision-makers in your network and marketSell:Goodspace.ai – AI-powered recruitment solutions (AI finder, shortlister, interviewer)BOSS – AI agents that automate work across business functionsRun the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos (with our support if needed), proposals, negotiation, closingBuild and manage a book of recurring ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) in your city/regionAct as the local face of Goodspace & BOSS – gathering feedback from clients and helping us shape the roadmapOptionally, evolve into a Regional / Country Partner as you grow your portfolioYou can start part-time alongside your current role to test traction, then scale up as it pays off.Who This Is ForYou are a good fit if you are:An experienced B2B sales/business development / HR consulting / SaaS / IT services professionalAlready selling to or well-connected with mid-sized or enterprise clientsBased in or strongly connected to NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or key international marketsComfortable operating as an independent partner, not as an employee waiting for a fixed salaryMotivated by uncapped upside, ownership, and being early in the AI wave, rather than a small percentage increment on your current CTCDisciplined enough to build and run your own pipelineThis is not for you if:Your primary goal is a higher fixed salary than your current jobYou are uncomfortable with variable earnings and performance-linked incomeYou need a corporate structure, teams, and constant supervision to performCompensation & UpsideThis is a commission-only role initially.Commission on deals you source and close:Typically in the range of 15–25% of Year-1 revenue (ARR)Commission on renewals/expansions:A trailing percentage (e.g., 5–10%) to reward long-term client managementNo cap on earnings:Example: closing a few deals in the ₹25–50L ARR range can earn you what many people make in a full year of fixed salaryFor high-performing partners over time, there is potential for:Regional / Country Partner statusImproved commercial termsDiscussion of more formal roles or JV-style structures as we scaleYou are building an AI revenue book for yourself, not just chasing monthly targets.What We ProvideProven products: Goodspace.ai (AI recruiter) + BOSS (AI work automation)Sales enablement:Product decks, demo scripts, objection handling guidesCase-study style examples and pricing frameworksDemo support:Access to demo environmentsFounder/core team support for key client meetingsClear partner terms:Simple partner agreementTransparent commission structure and payout timelinesWe focus on building the tech and credibility; you focus on taking it to market and sharing in the upside.
