Head of Institutional Sales

Key Responsibilities:* Lead corporate and institutional sales, including CSD, INS, bulk gifting, and reward redemption programs (both in India & Internationally).* Manage and motivate the Regional teams; report directly to the National Sales Head.* Collaborate with design & production teams to create customized products and ensure on-time delivery.* Build strong relationships with corporate clients, gifting agencies, and channel partners.* Marketing of corporate sales through digital and offline, in coordination with marketing team.Hiring Profile:* Master’s degree with 5–20 years of experience in corporate/institutional sales or business development.* Strong retail industry network and proven business development capabilities.* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus.* Passion for premium products and brand-building.Contact: kripa@hidesign.com
