The Sales Counsellor will engage with prospective learners to understand their goals, provide personalized guidance on courses, and assist them in making informed choices about their educational journey. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relations, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
