We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts at Vasitum. - Sales Process Management:
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and forecast future sales trends.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in HR Tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and emerging technologies like AI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for building strong relationships and ability to effectively connect with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience selling AI-powered solutions or other innovative HR technologies.
- Proven ability to build and manage successful sales channels.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS sales model.
