The pride in our brand brings a workplace that encourages creative thinking, champions experimentation, and promotes authenticity which has weighed into our enduring success.If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to single day.Job Summary :To manage execution of sales, distribution and promotions in a designated area with a view to achieving branch objectives for the areaJob Context & Challenges :Meet sales, distribution and promotion goals in the district through close supervision, training and mentoring a team of CDOs and collaborative working with the stockists.Key AccountabilitiesDistribution managementStockist managementProvide recommendations to stockist for improving return on investment, infrastructure and coverageEnsure availability of optimum stocks at stockist point through VMI or standard order bookingTrade managementEnsure the following through the teamIdentification of new markets/accounts and bringing them under direct coverage on a regular basisAddition of speciality wholesalersClassification of stores in route list according to the accurate REReduction in number of non-purchasersOptimum usage of activations to drive salesIn-store ManagementCoordinate with local in-store team to ensure development of effective POP solutionsTake initiatives to drive conversions in the wholesale channel for better ICRE conversionsEnsure efficient implementation of various transparencies inside stores through compliance to T&CImprove new product launches /promos (on time sell-ins, effective in-store execution and clear communication on shelves)MarketSecure and draw insights from any competitive information available in public domain regarding:New productsActivitiesSchemesAny other developmentsData based working and communicationAnalyse market share and brand wise performance of IDT in the area handledManage key performance matrices like growth in focus brands, ERC, etc.Utilize data to drive overall business performanceSetting objectives for market visitsReviewing team performance against planReviewing stockist performance against planDeveloping and trainingEnsure that all CDOs in their team are trained (e.g. classroom & on the job training) well to perform their jobEnsuring sales call efficiencyTrade managementStockist managementDT managementIn-store managementData based planned working, etc.Use PM&D tools optimally for driving performance for the CDOsSetting smart objectivesSelf-assessmentMid-year reviewFinal reviewMeetingsConduct monthly/quarterly meetings with CDOs and PSRsKey activity updatesNext month activity planningReportingCompile reports and information as per requirements communicated by RMRelationship BuildingMaintain trust and understanding in working with stockist and trade in general, especially partner with key wholesalers to drive businessShare success storiesCommunicate program to build off-takesMutually work towards category growthResolve issues, etc.Experience2+ years of experience in FMCG Companies (managerial role and similar market environment)Professional Qualifications & TrainingEssential: Post graduate in Business Administration#LI-RS1#CPILOur Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
