Finance Executive Job DescriptionThe Finance Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Accounts Payable activities. As the primary contact for suppliers, this individual ensures seamless invoice and payment-related issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.This key position is accountable for processing GST invoices while upholding compliance with the control environment and adherence to company policies and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) procedures. Timely payment to suppliers is a top priority.Process GST invoices within agreed TAT in line with established SOPs.Perform 3-way matching of inventory: match supplier invoices to Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accurate and timely closure.Effectively handle supplier queries and payment issues in a professional and courteous manner.Complete any additional duties as required by the team or management.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.Strong background in invoice processing and GST compliance.Familiarity with accounting databases and recordkeeping systems.Proficiency in MS Office, especially basic Excel skills (data entry, filters, VLOOKUP, etc.).Excellent communication and organizational skills.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, with the potential for career advancement and professional growth.Positions Open - 3
