Job Title: Account Manager – Debt CollectionsLocation: Noida | Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:Seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee debt collections operations with a focus on process transitions . The role involves managing end-to-end collections performance, ensuring compliance, and driving seamless transitions for US-based clients. A valid US visa is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Manage client relationships and collections operations.Lead transition projects (due diligence, KT, stabilization).Ensure SLA/KPI delivery and compliance with US regulations (FDCPA, TCPA).Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process onboarding.Provide insights through performance analysis and reviews.Travel to the US for client visits and transitions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.5+ years in debt collections, incl. 2+ years in client-facing role.Experience in transition management (BPO/shared services).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Valid US visa (mandatory).Preferred:Experience with US clients, PMP/Six Sigma certification, and exposure to digital collections tools.Please share CV on Thanks & RegardsManisha Rastogi
