Accounting ProfessionalThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally. This includes ensuring timely booking of income, expenses, and purchases, as well as reconciliation activities.Main Responsibilities:Perform daily accounting entries in Tally including expense booking, income booking, purchase booking, and maintaining accurate classification of ledger heads.Conduct periodic reconciliations of income, expenses, bank statements, vendor and customer balances, GST reconciliation, and ensure timely collection and verification of bills/invoices.Prepare statutory returns, including monthly GST return (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), quarterly TDS return, and assist in handling GST and TDS queries.FOLLOW STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs) and ensure 100% compliance.Maintain systematic and well-organized physical and digital documentation of all accounting records.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve document-related and accounts-related discrepancies.
