First Meetings & DiscoveryRun sharp, founder-style conversations with prospects.Understand org structures, decision-making patterns, and business needs.Communicate our value proposition in a simple, powerful narrative. Enterprise Pitching & SolutioningPresent our AI skilling and AI talent models confidently.Tailor pitches depending on whether the client is enterprise, GCC, unicorn, or a mid-size engineering team. Follow-Ups & Closures Maintain high urgency.Be relentless with reminders, nudges, next steps, and relationship building.Move deals from conversation → proposal → negotiation → close. Work Directly With the FounderYou will work very closely with Raghav on prospecting, narrative building, and enterprise conversations. You will be part of the early enterprise leadership build-out of Futurense.What We're Looking For: Strong Communication Skills You should be someone who can hold a room, speak with clarity, and present with confidence.
