Job Description: Enterprise Sales Specialist (Enterprise Products)Location: Bangalore, IndiaWe are looking for a driven and dynamic Software Sales Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in selling enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, HCM, or SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development within the software and IT domain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, promoting cutting-edge enterprise solutions to corporate clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for enterprise software products (ERP/CRM/HCM/SaaS).• Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable software solutions.• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closure.• Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver product demos and solution presentations.• Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the Bangalore region.• Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and forecasts in CRM systems.• Participate in marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote enterprise products.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).• 2–4 years of experience in enterprise product or SaaS software sales.• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Experience in selling ERP/CRM/HCM products such as Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms is an advantage.• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycles.• Strong understanding of the Bangalore IT and corporate ecosystem.• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused professional.Key Attributes• Result-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.• Strong business acumen and problem-solving attitude.• Adaptability and learning agility in a fast-changing technology market.About the CompanyFocus Softnet is a global provider of ERP, CRM, and business automation solutions with over three decades of industry experience.
