About the role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Workflow Developer to join our team. As a Workflow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing workflows using various workflow engines and low-code platforms like Kissflow, Microsoft Power Apps, and similar tools. Your expertise will drive the automation of our business processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient workflows to streamline business processes.
Utilize workflow engines and low-code platforms (e.g., Kissflow, Microsoft Power Apps) to create, modify, and optimize workflows that meet business needs.
Configure and customize workflow applications, integrating them with other systems and applications as required.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable workflow solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Develop and maintain documentation for workflow designs, logic, and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing workflows, identifying opportunities for enhancements and process improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and implement changes to workflows accordingly.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper integration of workflows with other software components.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workflow automation and low-code development.
Requirements :
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in building workflows using workflow engines and low-code platforms like Kissflow, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of business processes and workflow design principles.
Proficiency in process automation, workflow logic, and rule-based decision-making.
Knowledge of APIs and data integration to connect workflows with external systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovate.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented approach to designing and implementing workflows.
Experience in software development, scripting, or programming is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services is advantageous.
Any relevant certifications in workflow automation tools are a plus.
