**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Management**:Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Implement and update HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development plans.

**Operational Oversight**:Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Handle office maintenance, including facilities management and supplies procurement.
Generate and analyze reports to identify operational trends and areas for improvement.

**Coordination and Communication**:Serve as a liaison between different departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Facilitate effective communication channels to streamline information flow.
Organize and lead team meetings, ensuring all departments are aligned with company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a dual role encompassing HR and Operations responsibilities.
- Fair understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
