Job Summary: Seeking skilled Architecture and MEP BIM professionals (2 Positions) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have vast experience with global projects, particularly in the US construction sector. Proficiency in Dynamo is highly valued.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee BIM models for architecture and MEP disciplines.
  • Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM models throughout different project phases.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with all necessary standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with international teams for smooth project implementation.
  • Utilize Dynamo for optimizing and automating BIM workflows.
  • Offer technical guidance and training to team members on BIM procedures and tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Architecture and MEP BIM, with a rich portfolio of global projects, especially in the US construction sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.). Specialized knowledge in Dynamo is a plus.
  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with US construction norms and methodologies.
  • Availability: Ready to join at short notice.

  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
