About the Workflow Developer Role:

At Fastrack Technology, we are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Workflow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Workflow Developer, you will have a pivotal role in creating, enhancing, and optimizing workflows utilizing various workflow engines and user-friendly platforms such as Kissflow, Microsoft Power Apps, among others. Your proficiency will be instrumental in automating our business operations, elevating efficiency, precision, and teamwork within the organization.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to outline requirements and develop efficient workflows to streamline business operations.
  • Employ workflow engines and user-friendly platforms to craft, adjust, and enhance workflows that align with business requisites.
  • Customize and configure workflow applications, integrating them with different systems as necessary.
  • Translate intricate business needs into practical workflow solutions, with a focus on scalability and sustainability.
  • Create and manage documentation for workflow designs, processes, and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any existing workflow issues, pinpointing avenues for enhancements and process refinements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to grasp their needs, collect feedback, and implement workflow modifications accordingly.
  • Cooperate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of workflows with other software elements.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to workflow automation and user-friendly platform development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in constructing workflows utilizing workflow engines and user-friendly platforms like Kissflow, Microsoft Power Apps, or equivalent tools.
  • A robust grasp of business processes and workflow design principles.
  • Proficiency in process automation, workflow logic, and rule-based decision-making.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data integration for linking workflows with external systems.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, coupled with a talent for critical thinking and innovation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented approach to workflow design and implementation.
  • Previous experience in software development, scripting, or programming is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services is beneficial.
  • Any pertinent certifications in workflow automation tools are a bonus.
