We're on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

· Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about our ceiling fans and designer planters

· Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chats with enthusiasm and professionalism

· Process and track sales orders ensuring correct pricing, product details, and timely follow-up

· Maintain accurate records of interactions and orders using digital tools

· Provide expert product knowledge and resolve customer queries with confidence

· Coordinate with the Sales Head, field sales, and store teams for seamless operations

· Generate reports to help the business grow smarter every day

· Actively contribute to a customer-first culture that drives repeat business

What We're Looking For:

· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

· Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word

· At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support

· Positive attitude, high ownership, and excellent time management

· Passion for delivering great customer service and helping customers find the right solution

· Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Work Schedule:

· Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
