
Inside Sales Specialist

Prorata is India's first fractional car ownership platform, allowing individuals to co-own a dream car by paying as little as 8.33% of the total cost. This model removes the need for loans, EMIs, down payments, or rent. Co-owners use the car for 30 days per year for 5 years, after which the car is sold, and proceeds are distributed based on ownership. Prorata provides an app for easy scheduling and offers doorstep pickup and drop services for co-owners. This platform is designed for occasional, experiential use rather than daily commuting needs.
Role Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, engaging potential customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include responding to inquiries, conducting sales calls, maintaining communication with prospects, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
