Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (AI SaaS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to at least 150 customers per week (mix of new and existing customers) via calls.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and share them with the sales team.
  • Collect feedback and relay customer insights to the internal team.
  • Maintain proper records of interactions in CRM.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Should possess negotiation skills, quick thinking, and a strong sales mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to meet weekly outreach targets.
  • Comfortable handling customer queries and providing clear information.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
