Inside Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inquiries from potential customers
  • Conducting sales calls to generate leads
  • Maintaining communication with prospects and providing exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a combination of sales and customer service skills. You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build and maintain customer relationships.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

Additional Information:

Experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus, but not required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
