Job Summary The Executive in Student Services will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students ensuring their academic and personal success This role involves managing various student services addressing student concerns and promoting a positive and supportive environment The Executive will work closely with the Deputy Manager - Student Services to implement and oversee student services initiatives Key Responsibilities Student Support Services Implement and Assistance in Student Services such as Hostel Food Transport etc Assist students in navigating resources policies and procedures Respond to student emergencies and provide appropriate referrals to counseling and health services Assist in developing and implementing crisis management plans Implement and evaluate student services and activities Coordinate workshops seminars and events organized for student well-being and success Student Engagement Promote student involvement in out of the class activities Foster a sense of community and belonging among students through various engagement initiatives Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of student interactions student data and services provided Prepare reports and documentation as required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in relevant field 2-3 years of experience in student services or similar role Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to work with diverse populations Knowledge of student development theories Skills and Competencies Empathy and supportiveness Proficiency with student information systems Teamwork and multitasking abilities Commitment to an inclusive environment Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute relocate Gandhinagar Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Current Location Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Experience Student Support Services 3 years Required Student Administration Engagement 3 years Required Universities Institution 3 years Required Work Location In person
