Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Business Development Manager at TI Medical, located in Mumbai. To lead the international sales by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across key global markets. The ideal candidate will be a growth-driven leader who can build international client relationships, strategic alliances, and drive revenue through innovative marketing and strong sales execution. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in target international markets. - Support customers during the evaluation and trials of new products, ensuring successful implementation and actionable feedback. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed export sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, logistics, and client satisfaction. - Represent company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients. - Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales (mandatory) preferably from Medical device industry with a valid passport. - Total Experience Required: 510 years - Required Qualifications: Graduate or Post-graduate in International Sales, Exports, Marketing, or related fields. - Current or past experience of Sutures/Staplers/Hernia could be an added advantage. - Should be result & solution-oriented sales professional. - Excellent communication, SM networking, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. - Demonstrated dealer management skills to foster trustable business relationship. - Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients and explore new markets.
