We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic office environment. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring the efficiency of our office operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for team members.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office supplies and equipment are well-managed.
- Support HR with onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required by management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
