Qualifications - Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning - Proficiency in Sales, Market Analysis, and Lead Generation - Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities - Proven experience with CRM tools and Business Analytics - Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation - Experience in the outsourcing industry mainly with International clients or similar domains is an advantage
