We're looking for a driven and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our growing India team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with CXOs to solve real business challenges, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with VP/Head of Sales using inside sales strategies and warm contacts
- Initiate outreach through cold calls and emails to generate qualified leads
- Conduct high-level conversations with CXOs to understand the business needs
- Follow up with precision and consistency to drive conversions
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects
- Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings to deliver compelling pitches
- Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets
- Use tools like LinkedIn to identify the right PoC, from the given database of mid to large companies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise client acquisition
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Bachelor's degree required (Preferred: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, BSc Electronics)
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and close deals
