Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jammu for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the diary of the Managing Director, making travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The role involves handling confidential information and requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
- Experience in Diary Management and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality handling
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Relevant experience in a similar role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
